This Potion is aimed at improving your breathing and respiratory system, and can be used in a room diffuser or hand diffused. This is a wonderful potion when used in a steam shower or steam room. It will clear a foggy head, alleviate congestion from cold or flu or sinus issues and it will help aid the lungs before yoga practice or running.

Hand Diffusing: Simply drop one to two drops of the oil into the palm of your hand and rub your hands together and mask hands over your face. Breathe in deeply and repeat hourly for best results.
