Cooking With Essential Oils

Ingesting essential oils is very doable, and beneficial too – but always with the right amounts of essential oils used per recipe. Always use a qualified practitioner’s guidance when ingesting oils.

EO Salad Dressing

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Grated orange peel from one orange
  • 5 drops Yoga Potions Lemon Oil
  • 5-drops Yoga Potions Dark Orange Oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup (optional)
  • Himalayan Sea Salt to taste.
  • Finley chopped Parsley
  • Whisk all ingredients together and serve on green salads, and roasted veggies. A great anti oxidant.

Basil Humus

  • 1 can of chic peas
  • 1/2 cup tahini (optional) will be smoother with it.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 whole lemon peeled ( leave as white as possible)
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 3 drops Yoga Potions Basil
  • Combine all ingredient in a food processor or blender and Mix. (can add small amount of water or chic pea water for smoother consistency.)

Lemon Up

  • In a tall glass add, in this order,
  • 2 drops of Yoga Potion Lemon Oil
  • 4 drops of Yoga Potions Pink Grapefruit
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Top with Sparkling Mineral Water
  • Sprinkle with Pink Salts or salted rim on glass.
